Liveskills, Learning for Living project, received a grant from the Foundation to provide important safety education and training to disadvantaged children, students with special educational needs and adults with learning disabilities in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Every year, 30,000 children across the south-west require hospital treatment for preventable injuries. The primary objective of this amazing project is to help reduce the levels of injuries in homes and in the community. The Sirona Foundation grant enabled the organisation to provide 150 free places for children and SEN students who are disadvantaged and whose families are unable to afford the cost of a trip to Lifeskills training.
